Qinghai at its coldest. A ridge under a burst of sun, a wall of icicles hanging over rock, a road laid straight across snow towards a rail bridge, a green salt lake under dark cloud, a street of lamp posts at sunset. High, cold, and almost nobody in it.
青海最冷的样子。炸开的太阳下一条山脊、岩壁上垂下来的一整面冰挂、笔直穿过雪地通向铁路桥的路、暗云下一片绿色的盐湖，还有黄昏里一条街。高、冷，几乎没有人。
